Service

Waqar provides web-based Quran school operations software for school management, circles, students, teachers, attendance, recitation tracking, parent visibility, reports, exports, and plan controls.

Accounts and School Responsibility

Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Schools are responsible for managing user roles, removing users who should no longer have access, entering accurate data, and obtaining any required permissions from parents, guardians, staff, or students.

What Waqar Is Not

Waqar provides operational software. It does not provide Quran teaching, religious supervision, educational accreditation, or a guarantee of memorization quality or student performance.

Acceptable Use

• Do not access another school’s data without authorization.
• Do not share accounts or credentials.
• Do not upload malicious content or interfere with the service.
• Do not use reports or exports in a misleading or unlawful way.

Plans and Payments

Waqar may apply plan limits and feature gates. The current application does not include self-service payment processing. Paid use, invoices, and online payment terms will be finalized as commercial setup progresses.

Data, Backups, and Deletion

School data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and school agreements. Waqar maintains backup tooling, but schools should not rely on Waqar as the only permanent archive of legally required records unless expressly agreed. Schools may request data export or deletion through support.

Availability and Support

Waqar aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed unless a separate written SLA applies. Support is available through support@waqar.app.

Suspension and Changes

Waqar may suspend access for security, abuse, legal, operational, non-payment, or agreement-breach reasons. Waqar may update these terms, and material changes should be communicated to schools before they take effect.

Governing Law

Governing law and jurisdiction are Kuwait, subject to final legal wording in the signed school agreement.
